- Douglas County Project 2026-06 consists of Transition Milling, Hot In-Place Recycle (HIR), Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA-Surface), Monument Boxes (Remove & Reset), Pavement Marking, and Traffic Control.
Douglas County Project 2026-06 is located on Route 5 (N1250/E0250 to N0950/E0900). Included is Add-Alt Bid No 1 located on Route 5 (N1250/E0250 to N1400/E0250) and Add Alt No 2 located on Route 5 (N1400/E0250 to N1600/E0250).
The anticipated “Notice to Proceed” is May 4, 2026. The late “Notice to Proceed” is August 31, 2026. The base bid work is to be completed in thirty-five (35) working days. An additional seven (7) working days will be added to the contract if Add-Alt Bid No 1 is accepted and eight (8) working days if Add-Alt Bid No 2 is accepted.
