- Dalhousie University is excited to announce the use of Progressive Design Build (PDB) as the procurement and construction delivery method for the design and build of a New Physical Science Facility on the Halifax Campus. The New Physical Science Facility will support Dalhousie's vision of becoming a world-class hub for science education as it will be a modern and innovative building supporting research. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued at the end of February 2024. This is a unique and rare opportunity to be part of a landmark project that will transform the Halifax Campus and enhance the academic and research excellence of Dalhousie University.
