Description:
METTKO, Design Builders for the City of Barrie, invites qualified and experienced trades and local suppliers to forward a completed CCDC 11, or similar, as an Expression of Interest for the Barrie Southshore Community Centre Expansion Project located at 205 Lakeshore Road, Barrie, ON.
We are looking for experienced local trade partners and suppliers for all components of a typical construction project including, but not limited to, excavation & site services, concrete formwork & flatwork, wood framing, interior architectural trades, roofing & building envelope, mechanical, electrical, asphalt, doors & windows, fencing and soft landscaping trades.
The project is currently in the design stage. Drawings are not available at this time.
METTKO is bound by the Provincial ICI Collective Agreement with respect to the Labourers- International Union of North America - Local 506. Labour work performed on these projects must be carried out by union operatives in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
