Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services - HVAC Replacement - The Conrad Centre, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“Owner” or “City”) is looking to partner with a qualified Consultant to design revisions to the HVAC and controls system at the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts (“Conrad Centre”), located at 36 King St. W., Kitchener, to modernize these systems, maintain the building in a state of good repair and to meet the City-s corporate sustainability goals for energy use and GHG emission reductions.
The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
