- The present Request for Proposals aims to select a pool of Professionals in airport planning and development with whom ADM will enter into a Frame Agreement to deliver mandates under the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. The Professionals will work on mandates to assess and propose modifications and expansions on existing infrastructure in an existing brownfield, landlocked airport.Three types of services, also called discipline, are required:a. Master/airport planning;b. Detailed development plan and programs development;c. Simulations.ADM plans to award a maximum of five (5) firms per discipline.
