- The main objective of this project is to construct either one new building (houses both the food bank and training centre) or two new buildings (one for the food bank, one for the training centre) on the identified site within Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation. The site used to house the economic development building, which is being demolished in June 2024, and will be a clear, serviced site.The objective of the Project Management assignment is to successfully implement this project as per the approved scope, schedule and cost parameters and to provide the Client with the appropriate cost control and fiscal accountability.
