Description:
The objective of the Project Management assignment is to successfully implement this project as per the approved scope, schedule and cost parameters and to provide the Client with the appropriate cost control and fiscal accountability.Centralized Wastewater System: Wastewater Collection: Upgrade to the existing collection system based on the results of the CCTV inspection (refer to Table 1)and upgrade to the existing sewage pumping station to handle future 20-year flows. 600 m of 200 mm including maintenance holes (Please note that the 330 m of 200 mm gravity sewer extension to the future development area was removed from the scope due to being included in the Water Treatment Plant project). The Design Consultant will be expected to complete an inspection / assessment of the sewage pumping station and provide a summary of recommended additional works at the sewage pumping station Coordinate with the Design of the Water Treatment System: Design Consultant shall coordinate with the Design Consultant of the Water Treatment System (Neegan Burnside) to confirm the process waste flows and rates from the new nanofiltration water treatment plant currently under design. The Design Consultnat shall issue a memo documenting whether any additional upgrades are required in the sewage collection system, such as increasing the size of sections of the pipeline, and using the flows to select the correct size of the sewage pumps.
