Description:
The work will provide professional project management services to Naotkamegwanning for the Construction phase of their new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Naotkamegwanning have retained JR Cousins as the Design Consultant for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The design of the WWTP has been completed and construction funding secured, with the project scheduled to be tendered in January 2024. he scope of work consists of: New WWTP including: Site works and servicing, including extending the water line and connection of outfall piping to existing piping Preliminary Treatment/Headworks - Coarse Screening and Grit Removal; Primary Clarifiers; Mechanical Treatment System sized to accommodate 20-year design flows; Secondary Clarifiers; Tertiary Treatment for Phosphorous Reduction; Disinfection using Ultraviolet Light; Sludge Handling including Aerated Sludge Digester and Sludge Dewatering; Effluent Outfall Construction.
