Description : This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the "District") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Photography Services. The District is seeking quotations from qualified firms/individuals to provide professional photography services to various municipal departments on an as when requested basis. The successful respondent should be readily accessible on short notice to perform photography work at any time during the week including evenings when requested by the District. In general, the District will provide one-week advance notice of an upcoming photoshoot, however, on occasion, the District may require services on a shorter notice (2 to 3 days). It is the intention of the District to enter into a contract with two (2) successful respondents However, the District may award in the best interest of the District to one or more respondent. The District reserves the right to enter into contracts with any unsuccessful respondent if the successful respondents are not available or underperform.
