Furthermore, the platform should assist ATB team members in building their professional brands, developing networks, sharing expertise and knowledge, and increasing employer brand awareness within a broad and diverse network.Our aim is to socialize these initiatives both organically through our team members and leaders and through targeted outreach to specific talent segments as needed.
