- D7. SCOPE OF SERVICESD7.1 The Scope of Services of this RFP generally consists of consulting engineering services tofacilitate the re-assessment of the City-s Public Water System as defined by the ODW Terms ofReference for an Engineering Assessment of a Public Water System (Appendix B) and furtherdetailed in D7.2,D7.2 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of the following phases as outlined in D8to D12:(a) Project Management in accordance with D8;(b) Records and Historical Document Review in accordance with D9;(c) Regulator and Owner Interviews in accordance with D10;(d) Site Inspections in accordance with D11; and(e) Preparation and Submission of the re-assessment of the City of Winnipeg Public WaterSystem Report in accordance with D12.D7.3 Unless otherwise stated, Appendix A - Definition of Professional Consultant Services(Consulting Engineering Services) shall be applicable to the provision of ProfessionalEngineering services for this Project. These services are specific to Advisory Services.D7.4 The Services required in the Contract shall be in accordance with the City-s ProjectManagement Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templatesmanuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-managementprogram/templates-manuals.stm#4 .
