D4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of Consulting Services provided to the WWD for the assessment, prioritization and planning of Asset Deficiency refurbishment or replacement in accordance with the following:(a) Asset Deficiency List; The work will address the list of deficiencies provided in AppendixA. The City may add or remove deficiencies/issues as required. Asset deficiencies/issues will initially be identified by operations or maintenance staff. The available background information provided for each Asset deficiency can range from a statement of an operational problem to an extensive technical report. Any pre-existing background reports may be provided to the consultant post award.(b) The work will address deficiencies at the following locations; North End Water Pollution Control Centre (NEWPCC) South End Water Pollution Control Centre (SEWPCC) West End Water Pollution Control Centre (WEWPCC)Perimeter Road Pumping Station (PRPS).
