- Full TItle: Professional Consulting Services for Sewer Separation Projects in Partially Separated Combined Sewer Areas (HAF)D10. SCOPE OF SERVICESD10.1 The services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering services for small-scale sewer separation works in partially separated combined sewer districts.D10.2 The Services required under this Contract shall be in accordance with the following:(a) Preliminary Design in accordance with D12;(b) Detailed Design and Procurement in accordance with D13;(c) Non-Resident Contract Administration in accordance with D14;(d) Resident Contract Administration in accordance with D15; and(e) Post Construction Services in accordance with D16.D10.2.1 The Services required under D10.2 shall be in accordance with the City-s Project Management Manual https://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management- program/templates-manuals.stm#3 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset- management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 .
