Description:
Title: Professional Consulting Services for Condition Assessment of the Primary Line of DefenceD4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of conducting a condition assessment of the entire PLD in accordance with the following:(a) Program Management, as per D4.4;(b)Program Development, as per D4.5;(c) Data Collection, Review, and Initial Risk Assessment, as per D4.6;(d) Geotechnical Investigation and Assessment Allowance for highest risk areas, as per D4.7;(i) The Geotechnical Investigation and Assessment Allowance will be referred to as the GeotechnicalAllowance;(e) Hydraulic Review, as per D4.8;(f) Final report, as per D4.9.D4.1.1 The Services required under D4.4, and D4.5 shall be in accordance with the City's Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#2 and templateshttp://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset- management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 .
