SCOPE OF SERVICESB5.1 Scope of Services describes the requirements for Qualification(a) Deck Investigation and associated works of a type described in PART E - Anticipated Scope of Work.(b) Refer to PART F - Definition of Professional Consultant Services Engineering (Public Works Department).B5.2 Scope of Work describes the work planned to be assigned under the RFP process in B7:(a) Structure detailed visual inspection, including roof slab, walls, sidewalks, barriers, approach slabs, nearby roadway slabs, and associated materials testing.(b) The Work to be done under the subsequent Contract(s) shall consist of the provision of professional engineering consulting services as described in PART E - Anticipated Scope of Work.B5.3 Submissions to this RFQ should include Proponent information in response to a general bridge deck investigation.
