Description:
D4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering services for the renewal of water mains, as identified in D4.2 and Table A in Appendix B as well as the Location Map in Appendix C.D4.2 The Services required under this Contract shall be in accordance with the following:(a) Preliminary Engineering;(b) Design and Specification Development;(c) Contract Document Preparation;(d) Procurement Process;(e) Resident Construction Services;(f) Non-Resident Construction Services; and(g) Post Construction Services.D4.2.1 The Services required under D4.1 shall be in accordance with the City's Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management- program/templates-manuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset- management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for its professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting Contract Administrator's attention any aspect of the City's Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice.D4.3 Co-ordination will be required with the Public Works Department that have programmed street works in the summer of 2026 on Logan Avenue.
