D4. SCOPE OF SERVICESD4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of Engineering Services for rehabilitation/renewal of outfalls and riverbank slope stability/erosion control measures if required; in accordance with the following:(a) Preliminary Engineering;(b) Design and SpecificationDevelopment;(c) Contract Document Preparation;(d) Resident Construction Services;(e) Non-Resident Construction Services; and(f) Post Construction Services.D4.1.1 The Services required under D4.1 shall be in accordance with the City's Project Management Manual http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-program/templates-manuals.stm#2 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset- management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being engaged by the City for their professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting ContractAdministrator's attention any aspect of the City's Project Management Manual or templates which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice.D4.2 The scope of work includes the following locations and as shown in Appendix B;(a) Roland flood pumping station located at16 Watt Street 3700mm diameter CMP outfall (S- MA40011011) and riverbank at the Red River.(b) 106 River Road 1200mm diameter CMP outfall (S-MA70041564) and riverbank at the Red River.(c) Assiniboine Park Outfall 300mm diameter CMP outfall (no assigned asset number) at theAssiniboi...
