Tender are invited for Fisheries and Oceans Canadaseeks to establish up to two contracts under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Streams:3: Information Technology and Systems Audit; and6: Financial and Accounting Services.The overall objective is to have capacity on demand for Professional Audit Support Services to support the Department of Fisheries and Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard (DFO/CCG) with regards to:Support for the Accrual Budgeting model and methodology as well as review and development of associated financial management processes;Financial Management Policy expectations on Internal Controls over Financial Management and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting; Conducting Assessments of Internal Controls over Financial Management and Financial Reporting business processes on an as-and-when required basis;Fraud Management by continually updating the Department-s fraud risk assessment and using data analytics;Capacity for performing cost analyses;Supply of accounting services including policy development; andBusiness process reviews related to the departments recent SAP S4HANA Implementation.Canada is seeking to establish up to two contracts for Stream 3 Information Technology and Systems Audit and Stream 6 Financial and Accounting Services as defined in Annex A, Statement of Work, and to be provided under the Contract, on an “as and when requested” basis only, from the date of contract award to June 30, 2...
