- SPSA through the Emergency Communications, Technical and Support Services Unit is responsible for the Public Safety 9-1-1 services in the province as well as the Provincial Emergency Communications Centre (P-ECC) dispatch and IT Unit which provides mission-critical technology services that support SPSA-s Public Safety and 9-1-1 services in the province. SPSA is issuing this RFP to find a supplier with the best ability to submit a competitive proposal for the procurement of IT hardware upgrades for Provincial Emergency Communication Centres (P-ECC) across locations in Saskatchewan. The project is part one of a multi-phase plan to procure the necessary Information Technology hardware for projects occurring over several fiscal years.
