Description:
The primary purpose for EfficiencyOne-s issuance of this RFP is to source a qualified and experienced firm with expertise to assess, prioritize and provide best practice approaches to address operational improvements that directly or indirectly impact customer experience, including, but not limited to:
Internal processes and controls (e.g., customer approvals, rebate processing, quality controls);Program structure/design and delivery (e.g., customer eligibility criteria, program differentiation/consolidation, delivery channels);Use of technology (tools/technology for internal processing/tracking, customer service, customer/partner self-serve);E1 skills, roles, oversight structure (i.e., for ongoing continuous improvement and internal accountability)Etc.Working closely with the successful Proponent, E1 aims to streamline core areas of the business to ensure an excellent customer experience and to scale operations to demand. EfficiencyOne is seeking a reliable partner who can demonstrate a proven track record of helping organizations implement operational improvement frameworks, including appropriate internal oversight structure for ongoing management.
