Description:
BCIT intends to engage a Proponent in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) to perform the role of Construction Manager (“CM”) for phase one of the South Campus Infrastructure Renewal (SCIR) project (the “Project”) at the Burnaby main campus. The Preferred Proponent is expected to have construction management experience in the past ten (10) years within the province of British Columbia, preferably with strong civil engineering experience.
