Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: Printing services for the Lookout Newspaper.RequirementThe Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a printing company to print the Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt newspaper, known as the Lookout, and drop them off at an accessible location in Victoria for separate distribution.The scope of this requirement includes printing and delivering copies of each Lookout newspaper issue with the supplied flyers inserted. There may be occasional requirements to print additional copies. The Lookout currently publishes 49 issues per year but this may increase to 51 issues per year depending on operational requirements.The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services.The period of the Contract is from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022 inclusive, with options to extend for up to 2 additional one-year period(s).***IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE.
