Project Description : The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=ST-Doc2520827059This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Directwest for qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for the printing and mailing of direct mail campaigns as further described below:Printing, packaging and preparing packages for neighborhood mailouts.Full color printing of fully composed brochures.Banding and folding of mailouts (If applicable).Packaging and submitting to Canada Post depot for distribution as per Canada Post requirements.Anticipate approximately 20 campaigns conducted annually.Volumes will vary in bundles of 10,000, 50,000 and 90,000 printed pieces per campaign.Sheets will vary in size and weight.NOTE:Due to various factors, Directwest has budgetary restraints that impact the feasibility to provide its services to its customers using the deliverables outlined in this RFP.Therefore it is incumbent on bidders to be aware that any proposal submissions exceeding costs outlined below may result in their submission not being considered.
