Description:
This Cooperative Request for Proposals (the “CRFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (Lead Participating Agency) on behalf of the Town of Aurora, Town of East Gwillimbury, Town of Georgina, Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, and Township of King, (Participating Agency-s) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to produce an annual Recycling and Waste Collection Calendar for the Participating Agencies noted in this bid.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, material, etc. to produce and deliver the annual calendar for each Participating Agency as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being the “Deliverables”. In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.
As of March 24th 2025 the Town of Newmarket has adopted a prefer Canadian Supplier policy.
