- The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Quotation for the following: Looking for printer maintenance services for all WCB office locations that will provide the best value to the WCB on an ongoing contractual basis. The printer maintenance service is intended to reduce the amount of printer repairs and downtime from operational failures or lack consumable parts. This is accomplished by performing regularly scheduled maintenance, cleaning and replacement of worn assemblies and providing quick access to parts and response for repairs as needed.The WCB requires the Contractor to perform the following: Provide a dedicated account manager to work with the WCB who will report, monitor and address concerns before they become issues and maintain clear and open communication; Use only genuine OEM parts as defined by the manufacturer; Provide all labour and on-site service by dedicated certified technicians; Provide all preventative maintenance; and Provide maintenance report for each service or repair performed upon a printer, including a synopsis of work performed, parts replaced and a description of corrective measures.The Contractor must be authorized to provide warranty support on HP printers.The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours. However, the WCB may request some of the Services to be performed outside Business Hours from time to time, as deemed necessary, in the unfettered discretion of the WCB.
