Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary requires a supplier capable of offering a variety of services, including: printing notices provide by The City, providing the materials for the notice postings, distributing the notices affixed to a notice holder at City-directed locations throughout the city and retrieving the notices once the communication campaign has concluded.Notice postings are a legislative requirement for Land Use Redesignations, Outline Plans, Subdivision and Road Closures and development permit applications.The supplier is required to meet all notice posting deadlines in an efficient manner.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
