Description : Request For Proposals documents are available: https://niagaracollege.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/62298 The College is seeking a Supplier to operate of a full-service Print and Document Management Centre that includes the supply of on-site digital print equipment, paper, ink (toner), in order to provide printing, duplicating/copying services, scanning, binding, and other document management services. The Supplier shall also provide Mail Room Services that include the functions of shipping and receiving mail and parcels. The Print and Document Management Services and Mail Room Services, (the “Services”), shall be provided at the College-s campus locations. The College requires interested supplier to attend a Non- Mandatory Site Visit: February 9, 2023 at 10:30am Welland Campus 100 Niagara College Boulevard, Welland ON Using the Athletic Entrance, room SA208 Immediately following the Welland Site Visit: Daniel J Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, 135 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Meet at the Main Entrance https://www.niagaracollege.ca/maps/ Please be sure to register for the site visit by February 6, 2023.
