- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Print and Mail Services (Services) for the Ministry of Finance, Revenue Division (MoF-RD) as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The MoF-RD is the primary tax collection agency for the Province of Saskatchewan. It manages the collection of over $5B annually. The contract for the current print and mailing services expires on January 2025, and as such, the MoF-RD must obtain a new contract to ensure continued printing and mail services supporting taxation programs. These Services are necessary to ensure that tax clients have an efficient way to submit their taxes and receive accurate information regarding their tax obligations.
