- The project scope includes the following work. Unless noted otherwise, the successfulcontractor is to supply and install all work noted below:
1) Nurse call system replacement:a. Supply and install a new nurse call system Rauland Responder 5000 (orother suitable, alternate system, to be pre-approved) headend, consolesand power supply.b. Integrate the new head ends and consoles with the existing field devices.c. Preferably reuse all existing field devices, such as Nurse Call (NC) singlebed call station, NC double bed call station, NC emergency call pull-cordstation, NC pushbutton station, NC cardiac arrest (code blue) pushbuttonstation, NC tone station, NC staff station, etc. Otherwise, if not compatiblewith the existing system field devices, supply and replace them.d. Decommission existing Responder 4000 head ends, consoles and powersupply.e. Provide as built drawing showing the changes made.
The upgrade to be supplied must be compatible with the Vocera Smart badge systemthrough the Engage middleware. - Documents:
