Description:
The Government of Manitoba as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery, on behalf of the Owner of the Project, is issuing this Request for Services by invitation only to Pre-Qualified Suppliers to engage a Prime Consultant Team for design and construction administration.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on January 16, 2025 at 10:00 am local time. Pre-Qualified Suppliers are to register for attendance at the meeting via email to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Registration should be received by the end of the business day January 15, 2025. Subconsultants attending the meeting must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (Appendix 8) and each individual attending the pre-bid meeting must submit a completed Schedule A to Appendix 8 Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the meeting. A link to the meeting will be sent as confirmation of attendance once all required documentation is received. It is the Pre-Qualified Supplier's responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation prior to the meeting.

Deadline for questions is January 23, 2025 at 4:00 pm local time. All questions must be directed to the RFS Administrator via email at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.
