ICBC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather insights to better understand professional consultancy services (the “Prime Consultant”) to assist ICBC-s Claims team in project managing major residential modification projects (as defined in Section 3.2 below) for injured customers who are eligible under ICBC-s Enhanced Accident Benefits program, ensuring accessibility, safety, and compliance with medical and regulatory standards. This RFI is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to proceed with a procurement.
