- This project located at the east end of Heatherington Road and Fairlee Crescent near 1770 Heatherington Road (Heatherington) is envisioned as two, four-story apartment buildings with a total of 90 residential units. To support the design and construction of this project, Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) requires the services of a qualified architect acting as the prime consultant (the “Architect”). This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued to the prequalified Proponents to identify and select an Architect with whom OCH may enter into a Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (“RAIC”) Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services document 6, 2018 appended with OCH-s supplementary conditions.
