- The purpose of this NRFP is to invite pre-qualified architectural firms from the roster established under RFPQ #1070-2324-096 - Technical Research Consulting Services—limited to those that have received formal notification of their qualification—to prepare and submit competitive proposals to provide the required deliverables to BC Housing. While the original RFPQ covered a range of consulting disciplines, this NRFP focuses on architectural services. Through this process, BC Housing intends to enter into contract(s) with one or more experienced and qualified suppliers (the “Suppliers”) who meet the requirements of this NRFP, including Mandatory Requirements set out in this NRFP. This NRFP has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
