Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Prime Architectural Services for Renovation of the Pool Building and Waterslides at Pike Lake Provincial Park, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The scope of work will include assessment, stakeholder engagement, recommendation and conceptual design to upgrade and renovate all identified building components and waterslide elements, including but not limited to: Overall building envelope (roof, foundation, exterior walls, doors and windows) Interior finishes (walls, floors, ceiling treatments and other architectural features) Pool Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Building Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Waterslide flumes, structure and exterior staircase Accessibility and space utilization Civil exterior elements including breezeway, walkways, drainage, water and septic systems
