Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair services for medical equipment in all CSC institutions in the Quebec region.
Objectives: The contractor must provide a preventive maintenance and repair service for medical equipment by supplying the qualified labour, expertise, products, accessories, tools, transport, and equipment required.
Deliverables:
a)The contractor must provide a complete visit report on all the checked equipment in accordance with Accreditation Canada criteria within 60 days after each preventative maintenance service.
b)The contractor must provide a list of the tools and equipment to be used during the work. The contractor must submit the list for inspection before each preventative maintenance and repa... - Documents:
