Description:
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Preventative Maintenance Service for Clinical Laboratory Refrigerators, Freezers and Associated Instruments in Winnipeg, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s). For the purposes of this RFQ the Coordinating Entity and Purchaser are both Shared Health. The service locations are identified in Section B Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the contract for two (2) optional terms of one (1) year periods.
