  Tender Details SCOPE
  The New Brunswick Housing Corporation (NBHC) is looking to establish a Service Contract for the preventative maintenance of elevators, lifts and associated equipment in public housing projects.
  
  The work under this contract includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide service and preventative maintenance of elevators, lifts, and associated equipment for all properties listed in Appendix I that is owned and managed by the NBHC.
  
  The contract shall be for a two (2) year period, commencing upon award, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement of both parties.
  
  OPTION YEAR PRICING
  Pricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.

  During this contract NBHC reserves the right to add and/or delete individual elevators or lifts where required. The NBHC reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions for any additional work, at the time of issue, upon mutual agreement between the NBHC and the Bidder. The decision on what is deemed as a minor change and what would require issuing a new tender for the additional work shall rest solely with the Province.
  
  NBHC reserves the right to cancel the contract by region or in its entirety at any time, with thirty (30) days advance notice to the successful bidder. The NBHC shall not be subject to any penalties or costs associated with contract cancellation.
