Description:
Tender are invited for Fisheries and Oceans requires preventive maintenance and repair services and performance of small projects on buildings and facilities at the Canadian Coast Guard base in Sorel. This includes the services of a full-time on-site designated manager who will work at the facility during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, excluding statutory holidays). This on-site Facilities Manager will oversee all activities and serve as a single point of contact for all administrative, contractual and coordination matters.The deliverables also include a range of preventive maintenance activities to be performed by the facility manager or other vendor pre-approved employees or contractors.Additionally, the deliverables include reactive maintenance, as required, to be performed by the Facility Manager or other vendor pre-approved employees or contractors.The duration of the contract will be 3 years with 2 option years.The health rules in force for the site visit are:1- Respond to the on-site questionnaire related to COVID;2- Hand washing is compulsory to enter the base, followed by a temperature measurement;3- Wearing a mask is compulsory at all times on the base and in the base buildings;4- The 2m distance must be respected at all times;5- At the meeting place, a maximum of 6 people can be present at the same time, the others will have to wait during this time;6- IMPORTANT, if someone has to show up on the site and have any of the symptoms, they w...
