Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender is for an Estimated Quantity contract that consists of the supply, delivery and offloading of Pressure Treated Guide Rail and Sign Posts on an as and when required basis as described within the Item Descriptions below.
This Estimated Quantity Contract will be effective from the date of award to August 31st, 2026, plus three (3) additional one (1) year optional renewals upon mutually agreement.
OPTION YEAR PRICING
GNB reserves the right to negotiate lower pricing with vendors in the option year(s). GNB may consider price increases in the option year if deemed to be reasonable and based on market conditions, not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.
Successful bidder will be required to apply in writing thirty (30) days prior to any price adjustment. Only one price adjustment will be permitted per year.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE-the price for a single product within the Tender Item-under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes.
When stating the 'Unit Price,' bidders MUST include delivery to the shipping address attached.
