The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Response for the following: The WCB is requesting Responses from Vendors who are experienced general contractors interested in becoming qualified to be considered to participate in an RFP to become the Contractor for Stage 3 of the WCB's capital improvements project to take place at 333 and 363 Broadway.Scope of ServicesThe delivery of the Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the WCB's future RFP which will refer to a CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract modified by Supplementary Conditions. Any capitalized term not defined herein shall use the meaning ascribed to such term in the applicable CCDC document referenced herein.The Qualified Vendors to this RFVQ who are invited to participate in the future RFP are required to have experience in the known scope of work mentioned below and to accommodate the WCB's (Owner's) continued use of the premises during construction:A) Stage 3 Work (2 Phases) in Occupied Buildings It is the intent to have construction work conducted within occupied WCB offices located at 333 and 363 Broadway.
