- SQ-2020-ENTS-072*, Prequalification for Track Work ContractorsApplication to Prequalify and Information on Upcoming Request for Prequalification Application to Current Prequalification ListMetrolinx is inviting new Vendors to submit their Proposals for the Request for Prequalification: SQ-2020-ENTS-072*, Track Work Contractors for Metrolinx Rail Right-of-WaysExisting prequalified Vendors will not need to respond to this Request. Their prequalification status remains valid until a new prequalified Vendor list is established as outlined below.In accordance with the prequalification process, Invitational Tenders (IT) that fall within the scope of these services, are issued on the Metrolinx MERX bidding platform. Only prequalified Vendors will be eligible to submit bids to these IT's.Upcoming New Requests for PrequalificationMetrolinx intends to establish a new prequalified list of Vendors through a separate Request for Prequalification for the above-mentioned services in 2026. This Request for Prequalification will be posted on the Metrolinx MERX bidding platform.All Vendors who are eligible to participate in the new Request for Prequalification, including those who are currently prequalified under SQ-2020-ENTS-072, will need to submit new Proposals to renew their prequalification status. New Vendors who become prequalified during summer/fall 2025 will only be required to submit documentation for any new requirements, as will be specified in the new Request for Prequalification....
