PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid as a door Subcontractor, whose team has both the experience and capacity to successfully provide the complete Supply /Installation of doors, frames and hardware scopes of work for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program.This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified Bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.Prequalified Bidders will provide pricing in conjunction with drawings, specifications, and CENTRUS' design intent document(s), for the fabrication, and installation, including all labour, material, equipment and supervision required for the complete frames, doors, and hardware scopes of work for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program.
