Bids must be submitted and received by the Region not later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFPQ is for the construction of the proposed raw watermain from the Nobleton Well 2 site (located at 22 Faris Avenue) to the planned Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to be located at the Nobleton Well 5 site (located at 12860 Highway 27).For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
