BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids for the prequalification of General Contractors for the Microtunnel General Contractor for the Northeast Vaughan Wastewater Servicing - Jane Street Trunk Sewer and Riverock Gate Relief Sewer, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).
MEETING: A non-mandatory virtual meeting will be held on December 2, 2025 commencing at 9:30 a.m. All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question- feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting. Although the meeting is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Please email Sue Eves, Senior Procurement Specialist at sue.eves@york.ca for the link.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFPQ should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
