HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK For the purpose of this RFPQ, the “Project” is for the prequalification of General Contractors for the Tuclor Lane Sanitary Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation, as further described in Appendix A - The Particulars.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT(S) :
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.SITE MEETING (Recommended, but not mandatory) Meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders are to convene at the Markham Community Library Parking Lot, 6301 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3P 3A7. Contractor must wear safety shoes, construction vest and goggles.
