Description:
The Agency intends to call tenders for priority and emergency excavation, daylighting, water and sanitary sewer repairs and restoration services including equipment, operators and floating of equipment on an as required basis for various locations within the Region of Peel in the first quarter of 2025. The work will be divided into two geographical areas which have been determined by the Agency for equitable distribution of work. The Agency seeks to have a primary Vendor and secondary Vendor for each area. Bidders will be allowed to bid for both areas but will only be allowed to be the primary vendor for one.
The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
