This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is an invitation by The County of Wellington (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to establish a list of prequalified contractors to bid on bridge and culvert projects commencing in 2025. The list of contractors will remain in place for a five (5) year period ending in 2030.
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) requires that prequalification lists for suppliers be reposted annually if they will be used for more than three years. As such, each November the County will publish a notice on its electronic bidding system in compliance with the CFTA and allow new contractors to apply for prequalification.
