- The County of Elgin invites General Contractors with a documented history of providing quality construction and a successful track record for meeting schedules to apply for pre-qualification to bid on the above-noted project.
The project will consists of two parts:
Part 1 - Removal and replacement of existing windows and exterior doors. New windows to be thermally broken aluminum frame, double glazed, argon filled with low e-coating. New exterior doors are to be metal framed with insulated hollow metal doors.
Part 2 - Overclad existing brick veneer with aluminum composite panels (ACP). The ACP to be secured through the existing brick veneer and tied into the existing concrete frame.
The project will commence in June 2025 and completed by August 2026. - Documents:
