The Corporation of the Town of Pelham is accepting Applications to Pre-qualify GeneralContractors for a new fire station #1. The project involves the construction of a new singlestorey fire station that will replace Fire Station #1 located at 177 RR 20, Fonthill, ON. Thevalue of construction is approximated at $8,000,000.00. It is anticipated that the project will betendered in late Fall of 2025 with construction start Spring 2026 and a completion date ofSpring 2027. The General Contractor is encouraged to view the site at 177 Highway 20W,Fonthill, ON L0S 1E6 and become familiar all existing conditions as found.
The Town of Pelham is seeking fair, competitive bidding for this project from pre-qualifiedbidders. The objective is to achieve a quality-built building within budget, on schedule, safelyand without disputes and litigation.
