Prequalification Package 1063 - CB - Heritage Window Reinstatements, New Performance, and Non-Performance WindowsApplicable to Scaled Scopes: Subcontract Tenders up to $5,000,000 and/or Subcontract Tenders up to $20,000,000 and/or Subcontract Tenders up to $40,000,000.PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting proponents to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid exterior windows Subcontractors, whose team has both the experience and capacity to successfully provide the select heritage windows reinstatements, new performance, and non-performance windows scopes of work for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified Bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager.This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder-s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
